Bloobiz's module for managing accounting documents offers you improved management of all kinds of accounting documents: price quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices, etc. To follow up a document after signing it, all you have to do is assign a project to it (status, supplier...) Last but not least, this module allows for reducing the use of paper as well as the number of human mistakes.

Actions and comments

The module also allows you to comment and act on documents: for instance, you may write a note like "don't pay" or "to be paid". You can keep track of the quotiation and delivery notes until the document is validated. You may then check the invoice while being sure that each step of the cycle can be tracked inside the module. From start to finish, you can perform a complete cycle management, from order placement to invoice payment. You may also link the invoice to Bloobiz's 'Budget management' module in order to control your budgets efficiently.
