Create a project for each new construction site or activity, and set their start and end dates. Specify if the project shall be charged or not and assign a project manager to it.
Then, add tasks to the project in order to identify the steps that make it up. Write a description of each task and specify their workload as well as their corresponding completion rates.
Finally, you can move, reassign and rearrange the projects displayed on the timeline. Check the completed tasks, the number of hours worked and other valuable information.
