Creation

Custom calendars

Add new calendars according to your needs. These calendars help you organise your appointments, reservations or availabilities. You can create a calendar by collaborator, team, service, or even meeting room.

Grouped calendars

Combine several individual calendars to create a grouped calendar. This way you can supervise the appointments of each team member on a single calendar. Also, optimise your appointment scheduling and easily find replacements if needed.

Types of appointments

Customise your appointment types by adapting their settings to your needs. For example, assign a color to differentiate them or give yourself the possibility to modify the parameters of an appointment at any time (type, duration, etc.).

Availability slots

Use the availability slots to make appointments in your calendar and keep some slots available for high-priority clients, occasional services and such. Shells can be predefined according to their purpose, which makes it easier to find the next availability.

Appointments

Set the duration, the corresponding customer (if applicable) and type of appointment before adding it to the calendar for a proper organisation of your employees' working days. Besides, you can schedule reminders so you never miss a single appointment.

Recurring appointments

You can set an appointment as recurring and define its frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. This is particularly useful for scheduling services or appointments as part of a subscription plan or deal.

Individual comments

Make sure your employees stay on top of everything by adding comments with all the information they need about a specific appointment. This means saving precious time on customer support!

General comments

By highlighting the information you add on calendars, your employees won't miss any of it – whether it's instructions about appointments on a specific day, or an absent co-worker.

Statistics

Generate and view complete statistics on the use of your calendars with Bloobiz: the number of appointments made for a specific calendar (personal or grouped), the number of appointments for each type (cleaning, snow removal...), but also for which period precisely. Print, export, or view this data in graphics if you wish.

Action history

View a detailed history (or 'log') of all actions performed on the calendar. Choose the calendars and appointment types for which the logs should be displayed. Bloobiz identifies for each action: the user involved, the date of the appointment, the type of appointment, the client, the action performed, and much more. Make sure that everything is always in order this way.

Support tickets

Customise the types of appointments and allow the creation of tickets for each new appointment. Give yourself the possibility to follow up on each appointment if needed and exchange information internally or with your customers using these tickets.

By group or by user

Allow or deny access to a calendar as you see fit for privacy issues. Do the same with appointment types. Distribute access rights separately, to a single user or to a group of users.
