Creation

Form templates

You can also add form templates to be able to generate the same document as many times as you need, such as for service and inspection reports.

Anywhere, anytime

Forms can either be managed from a web browser on a computer or the Bloobiz mobile app for smartphone or tablet – this comes in particularly handy for employees who are on the move.

Ordering forms by category

Sorting form templates into categories allows you to organise them freely or based on specific criteria, such as template type or target user group.

Forms with multiple pages

You can add and rename as many pages as you need within the same form. Check the document outline and use pages to sort the information that is expected to be filled in.

Customer and supervisor validation

Determine who, between customers and supervisors, should be able to validate templates. Such validation will then be mandatory for all forms created from those templates.

Mandatory / optional fields

Define which fields are mandatory for completing the generated form so that you're guaranteed to get all the information you need. The fields that aren't essential can be left off as optional.

Signature requirement

To ensure that a document has been duly read and agreed by the customer, you can set its signature as required. Documents can either be signed from a smartphone or by uploading a picture of the signature on a desktop browser.

Predefined answers and items

You can list which items can be selected when completing a form, and set predefined answers for the fields you want. By doing so, respondents will just have to choose the options they want.

Anticipate all possible answers by defining which ones should lead to which other questions.

USAGE

Default templates on Bloobiz

The default templates are fully customisable, so you won't have to create them from scratch. You can choose between 4 different templates that you can edit as you like.

Filters to speed up your search

Filters such as form category, status and user allow for quickly finding the forms that you're looking for.

Action history

By monitoring all actions carried out on a form, you will be able to find out which user performed which action and when, as well as the type of action and relevant information about it.

Download in PDF format

You can download a form in PDF format in order to print it, for instance. The PDF document contains all of the form's questions, along with its corresponding answers.

Sending validated forms

No need to print your forms – just e-mail them to your customers from the Bloobiz interface to the contact details specified in their respective customer records.
