Consulting

Individual or departmental HRM planning

Check the schedule of each employee or department to better plan the organization of their days. Adjust for absences, vacations, and other issues. This way, you can ensure that the company is always running at full capacity.

Leave requests

View your own leave requests, as well as those of your colleagues. Accept, decline, or ask a supervisor for approval. Once approved, these leaves are automatically deducted from the number of remaining leave days.

Working hours

Check the number of hours worked by an employee or a group of employees via the HRM schedule. It covers a short period of time (a few days to a week). For longer periods (months, years), consult a complete time history individually from a user's profile.

Reports and printing

Generate reports from all the data collected by HRM during its use: quotas of absences, sick leave, hours worked, overtime, vacations taken, etc. Print these figures in table form and analyse them to improve the management of your company.

Variable yearly schedule

Plan your employees' flexible hours over several weeks, if not a whole year. Assign each week a pre-configured type of schedule (8am to 5pm for example). In this way, improve the internal organization of the company and never get short staffed.

Personal information

Find and record employee data for each staff member: last name, first name, address, start date, etc. Add documents that apply to him/her and link them to his/her HRM profile.

Leave Notifications

Activate notifications to be alerted of all updates. If you are an employee, be notified when your leave requests are accepted. Choose to receive them either by message or by email, whichever suits you better. If you're a manager, be notified when an employee submits a leave request that needs your attention.

Custom workday types

Pre-schedule work schedules for each job or trade. Create custom workday types and alternate between days, weeks, activities, or rushes. Schedule your staff according to attendance or peak hours.

Teams by trade or activity

Group employees who perform the same tasks together to form teams. This way, you can create a schedule for a whole group of people at once and not waste time with repetitive tasks. If you work with timesheets, you can also add timesheets for the whole team in a single configuration.

Employee lists

Create lists of employees according to your own criteria: period, seniority etc.

Skills Profiles

Create a skill book for each employee. List the skills of each function, assign levels to them, and determine which skills each employee has. This way, you can organise your internal training more efficiently.

Jobs, Tasks and Workstations

You can customise jobs, tasks and workstations according to your business needs. You may also predefine tasks based on the job, and manage task distribution among your co-workers. By assigning tasks to each employee of a specific department, no tasks will be left undone anymore.

Employee activity

Plan an employee's activity through his or her position and tasks. Each position is assigned a number of tasks. The employee has access to them from his schedule and can progressively check off the tasks he has completed. In this way, you can monitor the progress of the employee and find out which tasks have not been completed.
