Features of the Sales module

Configurate

Email templates

Step up a gear for recurring mailings, such as invoice reminders, with pre-configured templates. Standardize your processes and communications. Leave no room for doubt. Adopt a single wording for your customer exchanges to make sure you never forget any important information, and that the information is always presented to the customer in the same way. No mistakes, no misunderstandings.

Pre-configured personal signatures

Automate your mailings, even when you're not using an e-mail template. Create personalized signatures to identify yourself in your e-mails. These are pre-recorded and can be added to the body of your e-mails with a simple click. However, a signature is unique and specific to its user.

Languages supported by WebMail

Use the Bloobiz interface to pre-determine which languages you're likely to use in your e-mail exchanges. Use the template configuration to send e-mails in these languages at a later date. Enter the translations of the body text in the different languages when you configure the template. Bloobiz will then select the appropriate language at the time of dispatch, based on the customer's preferred language (as indicated in the customer file).

User access rights

Assign your employees the access rights that correspond to their function. In this way, you can ensure the confidentiality of your customers' e-mails. Depending on user rights, you may or may not authorize users to view, read or write e-mails. User rights can be customized for every aspect of the Administration menu.

Mailboxes and personalized mail addresses

Configure your mailboxes and addresses in advance to meet your company's needs. Start by creating a mailbox for each department or type of procedure, for example. Then program the e-mail addresses to be used (contact@exemple.com or facturation@exemple.com ). Assign one or more addresses to each mailbox, as well as user rights and properties, so that everything is fully operational. When you send the e-mail, choose the sender address that will be visible.

Custom variables

Configure your templates further with custom variables. A variable is a piece of data that you can insert into the body text of an e-mail. The variable content changes and adapts to the configured factor (e.g. message recipient or merchant). The variable replaces the original text with the chosen type of content (e.g. the current date or a customer's address). Use them to freely personalize the content of your e-mails without even having to open them.

USAGE

Outbox and Inbox

Take advantage of this 2-in-1 tool that lets you consolidate your outbox and inbox into a single interface. Access all your e-mails on Bloobiz, where you manage everything else in your business. Centralize all your processes, so your employees don't have to scatter and you can track everything effortlessly.

Redirections for a centralized interface

Find all the e-mails exchanged by your department on a single interface. Set up redirections from each of your e-mail addresses to your Bloobiz address, so you never miss another e-mail and save time when consulting them.

E-mails and nominative tickets

No matter what the subject of your e-mails, you can find them at any time in the correspondent's file. Whether it's a prospect, a customer or even a supplier, you can keep track of all the exchanges the company has had with them. No more secrets and no more communication problems. The tickets automatically created to track mailings are also nominative and can be consulted at any time.

Reading and processing statuses

Don't miss a single e-mail! Bloobiz ensures that all incoming messages are processed. All your employees' actions are recorded by Bloobiz and accessible at any time. Know who has consulted your e-mails, on what day and at what time. You have 3 available statuses: "unread, unprocessed", "read and unprocessed" and "unread". read and unprocessed" and "read and processed". E-mails already opened are automatically classified as "read". Don't set them to "processed" until you've taken the necessary steps.

Rigorous sorting

Use folders and categories to keep your business mailboxes organized. Add as many folders as you need to sort incoming and outgoing e-mails. Sort by request, recipient or department. Use categories to classify the e-mail templates you use. Search by these criteria if you wish.

System variables

Use variables (e.g. Client Name) with mail templates. Customize your recurring mailings without wasting a second. How do you do it? By inserting variables in your template, your professional mailbox adapts the content of your e-mails to the recipient. It will change the name to that of the customer, for example.
