A commercial offer, also known as an "offer to sell", is a simple sales document that presents an estimate of the items requested by a customer. It is more carefully and formally formatted than a customer offer automatically generated by Bloobiz. This offer is also nominative. In other words, it is created and sent to a specific correspondent. These correspondents may include prospects, customers, suppliers and others.
Creating these offers can be a time-consuming process, especially if you have a very large customer base. To save time, for example on recurring mailings, use the offer templates. Create a draft offer beforehand, which you can then use as often as you like. The content of the offer is automatically adapted to the recipient if you use text variables. The use of offer templates is optional.
If you want to resend an offer to a customer, or just re-use an existing offer, you can simply duplicate it. You're free to edit the content of the new offer, while keeping track of the original. If you wish, you can even select a new recipient.
To access this data from anywhere, consider exporting it. Consider printing or downloading in PDF format to simplify your processes even further. Add these documents to your projects and include them in your meeting reports. You'll be up and running in no time.

A commercial offer is sent directly from the Bloobiz contact profile. You generate a PDF file of the offer, based on a template or not, once you've finished editing it. This file can be presented to prospects following a prospecting campaign, for example, or used for mailings/prints. Mailings are made exclusively by e-mail on Bloobiz. After sending, you can indicate whether the offer has been accepted or rejected.
