Features of the Reports module

Registration

Collaborative reports

Create all kinds of reports freely: meeting reports, business reports, activity reports, etc. Participate collectively in the writing and presentation of these reports thanks to a system of authors and co-authors.

Topics of the day in the form of comments

Tailor the content of the reports to the occasion and to your needs. Edit the text for each project or task to address the day's topics and provide a progress update, for example. Change the layout to make certain elements more prominent (by adding color, bullets or bold text areas).

Notes and Post-its

Add remarks to a report during or after a meeting. Use it as a memo or to take notes on decisions made in the meeting. Always keep track of what happened during a meeting in the reports and consult them at any time. Use Post-its to exchange feedback with other co-authors.

Flexible and editable content

Display on the report (in addition to a comment) all sorts of different data from the corresponding project or task. Show, among other things, the status of a task/project; its completion rate; the number of hours recorded by timesheets; the assigned collaborator; the urgency of the task/project; and the date calendar. All this data is displayed in the form of colored dots.

Ancillary resources

Complete your reports with all available resources. Add documents or notes directly as attachments. Include clickable external links to redirect you to the websites of your choice. Include statistical charts to directly illustrate your performance.

Duplication of reports

Save time by duplicating a report instead of starting over. Keep the skeleton and the presentation of the existing report, but modify its content at will without overwriting previous versions. You are free to choose which elements should be copied (remarks and external links for example).

Management

Projects and tasks for the basis of the report

Generate reports based on your projects. Structure the input around the projects and tasks created in the corresponding modules. This also applies to checklists. Validate directly the elements of the task list that have been completed.

Order of the components

Freely check the projects that are relevant to include in a report and hide the projects or tasks that are not. Freely rearrange the order of the different report components.

Exporting and printing

Generate a PDF document dedicated to printing that includes all the content and layout of the report. Download it to keep it or print it directly. Choose to display or not the content of the checklists by selecting the basic or the extended version.

Statistical charts

You can use statistical charts as reference data in your report in order to get a clearer picture of your business operations. You may either print or display them in a digital format next to a timeline of company-related events linked to the 'Events' module. All pictures, notes and types associated with an event can also be accessed right from the report.

Notifications and summonses

Request the intervention or collaboration of another user by sending a direct link to the report preview. The recipient receives the invitation as a notification. Allow other users to participate in the development of a report.
